Technical support

We are located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Our hours of operation are 8:30am-5:30pm EST. If you are a current customer and require support for any of your products, the terms of your support hours will be dictated in your contract with PEER Group Inc., regardless of any interruption to our normal business hours.

If you have an active Support & Maintenance contract with us and you have questions regarding the installation or use of your PEER Group product, please log into our secure customer support portal and enter your request.
